Sage of Empires
Sage of Empires is a web app that gives users sage advice for the civ they are currently playing with / against to use on their 2nd monitor.
Age of Empires 2 DE now has over 35 different civilisations, and remembering all their different units, bonuses and build orders is very hard. I built this web app using Angular 10 and the Material toolkit with the hope of helping me improve!
Players select the civ they are playing, and the one of their opponent, and can then see information that will help them during the game.
Build orders will also be recommended to the user, and then will automatically scroll along with the game time, showing how well they are doing with gold/silver/bronze highlighting.
To make setting up as speedy as possible there is hotkey support for some common functionality. For example "az11Brq214" would start a new game between Aztecs (in blue) and Britons (in red).
